Terms of Use



1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://mustafaeservices.com ("Platform") or by booking an appointment, making a payment, or requesting any service from Mustafa E-Services Private Limited (“MEPL”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.


2. Definitions

  • Services: Refers to the professional services provided by MEPL, including but not limited to taxation, accounting, payroll, company incorporation, and regulatory compliance.
  • User: Any person who visits, accesses, or uses the Platform.
  • Client: Any User who engages MEPL for specific professional services via an engagement letter or service request.
  • Deliverables: The reports, filings, acknowledgements, drafts, and other work products provided by MEPL as part of the Services.
  • Government Fees: Statutory fees payable to government authorities (e.g., MCA, GSTN, ITD) which are collected at actuals.
  • Platform: The website and any associated portals or software modules operated by MEPL.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are the authorized signatory or have the express authority to represent the business entity for which you are seeking services.
  • You will provide all necessary documents and information in a timely manner to meet statutory deadlines.
  • You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Scope of Services

MEPL provides professional consulting and compliance support services. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in the respective engagement letter or service description on the Platform. In case of any conflict, the terms of the specific engagement letter shall prevail over these general Terms of Use.

Our services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. We rely entirely on the information and documents provided by you. We do not perform audits or independent verifications of the data provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.



5. No Guarantee / Best Efforts

While we strive for 100% accuracy and timeliness, MEPL does not guarantee specific outcomes where third-party or government discretion is involved (e.g., approval of a trademark or company name). Timelines provided are estimates and are subject to:

  • Government portal downtime or technical glitches.
  • Changes in statutory laws or procedures.
  • Delays in document submission or clarifications from the Client.

6. Accounts & Security

If you are provided with a client portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MEPL will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login details.


7. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

Fees for services are as quoted on the Platform or in your engagement letter. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Service Fees: Payable to MEPL for professional work.
  • Government Fees: Must be paid in advance or as requested for onward transmission to authorities.
  • Late payment of invoices may result in the suspension of services or additional late fees as per the invoice terms.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by the Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Once work has been initiated or resources have been allocated, refunds are generally limited or unavailable.



9. Client Deliverables & Acceptance

Upon delivery of a draft or filing, you have a 48-hour window (unless specified otherwise) to review and provide corrections. If no feedback is received within this window, the deliverable shall be deemed accepted, and MEPL will proceed with the final submission or filing based on the provided data.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEPL’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall be limited to the total service fees paid by the Client for that specific engagement in the preceding three months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandrapur/Nagpur, Maharashtra.
